All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order at our sole discretion, especially in case of pricing errors, suspicious transactions, or inventory issues.

Payments must be made in full before dispatch. We accept secure online payments via trusted payment gateways.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (precious and semi-precious stones), we maintain a strict quality assurance process.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description.

• If approved, refunds will be credited within 7 working days via the original payment method.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for eligible cases (wrong item, damaged stone, mismatch from order).

• The product must be unused, with original packaging and certification.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer unless the fault is on our end.

Note: Custom-made items or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

• Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Rajasthan & nearby states: 2–4 working days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 working days

Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Free shipping offers may apply during promotions.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, only if they haven’t been dispatched.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
